2025 Fun
 

September's 2025 workshop was filled with painting guidance and instruction, fabulous mountain scenery, and amazing Italian food. We visited and painted Lago Santo Modenese, Pievepelago, Fiumalbo and S. Anna Pelago. These mountain villages provided interesting painting subject matter with a backdrop of Monte Cimone and surrounding Tuscan-Emilian mountains of the High Frignano Apennine mountain range. ​ There were castles, ancient medieval bridges and enticing antique structures of all types. Since we couldn't paint everything, we stopped along the way for some amazing camera shots to be used as future painting  photo references. The following is a sampling of the plein air painting sessions,  scenery and food we enjoyed.
